The lighting bus duct is suitable for the power supply and distribution of fluorescent lamps, mercury lamps, and other lighting equipment in various places with a current of less than 100A. It can be combined according to different positions of the site, and the installation is simple and quick. Within 1.5M of the branch line, it can supply power to two sockets, and the insertion and removal are convenient. Under normal use conditions, it can be directly inserted and removed, which is conducive to maintenance. The system has the advantages of small volume, high strength, and convenient installation. The copper conductor bus duct has good electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity, good corrosion resistance and weldability, and is easy to be processed by pressure. The aluminum conductor bus duct has the characteristics of good electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity, good corrosion resistance and weldability, small density, and easy processing, and is used for various conductors, busbars, and current-carrying parts of wires and cables.


The resistivity of the aluminum busbar is slightly larger than that of copper, the electrical conductivity is inferior to that of copper, the mechanical strength is smaller than that of copper, and it is easy to be corroded and oxidized, but the price is cheap and it is lightweight. The copper conductor bus duct has good electrical conductivity, small resistivity, high mechanical strength, and good anti-corrosion performance, but the price is relatively expensive. The conductors and overlapping conductors in the lighting bus duct use T2 electrolytic copper as the conductor material, which is rolled into TMY electrical hard copper busbars, and the purity of copper reaches more than 99.9%, the conductivity is more than 97%, and the resistivity is ≤0.017777Ω•mm²/m. The shell and side plates of the lighting bus duct system are made of high-quality aluminum-magnesium alloy materials, and the surface should be treated with anti-oxidation treatment. The continuity resistance of the shell protection circuit is ≤0.007Ω. All insulating materials use high-quality polyester film, which is formed and wrapped throughout the whole length, with no interfaces and no air bubbles in the middle. The insulation withstand voltage is ≥3.75KV/1min, and the heat resistance grade is B level (≥130℃).
